Team Operating Guidelines
1. How will we make decisions?
Bring issues to the table, analyze, and then majority vote will rule decision.
2. What will be our basic method for working together and getting our work completed?
Setting due dates among the group and maintaining constant communication.
3. How do we make sure that everyone gets a chance to discuss issues or raise concerns?
Major decisions will only be made when all group members are present, this will allow plenty of time to discuss and analyze concerns then finally make a group decision.
4. How will we resolve differences?
Bring issues to the table, analyze, and then have a majority rules decision.
5. How will we ensure the completion of work?
Our group will maintain a constant communication, every member has each others members phone number.
6. How will we change things that are not producing desired results?
Discuss alternative options, evaluate situation and risk, and make group consensus on problem, complete left over tasks as a group.
